The program is of 3 levels:
1 year: Confederation of Tourism, Hotel & Catering Management DIPLOMA in Hotel Management.
2 year: Confederation of Tourism, Hotel & Catering Management ADVANCED DIPLOMA in Hotel Management.
3 year: University of Bournemouth Bachelor's Degree (BA) in International Hospitality & Tourism Management (Final Year).
Notice for Year 1:
No previous experience or hotel management training is required for entry to this first year programme which starts from the very beginning and introduces the basic ingredients of a hotel manager's necessary skill portfolio. By the end of only one academic year of study, students will have an understanding of the food and beverage operations within a hotel, plus basic knowledge of front office and accounting procedures, and the computer technology that makes them tick. Theoretical subjects such as marketing and the behavioural aspects of tourism are also covered.

Computing The Global Hospitality Industry Fees: GBP 4650 per year Notice for Year 2: The course is the logical second year study option for holders of the CTHCM Diploma in Hotel Management. The syllabus builds on the theoretical knowledge acquired at Diploma level and complements this with the business administration techniques and practical skills that are required by those aspiring to management roles within large international hotels. Although well recognised as a qualification in its own right the course is generally used as a pathway to the Bournemouth University bachelor's degree course in International Hospitality and Tourism Management offered by the College and which takes only one further year of study following completion of the CTHCM Advanced Diploma. NB. Applications for direct entry to the Advanced Diploma are invited from holders of relevant overseas qualifications and/or experience in hotel management. Notice for Year3: Students who successfully complete the CTHCM Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management are encouraged to continue their education at West London College with a further year of study leading to an honours degree awarded by Bournemouth University. The Bournemouth syllabus is geared to the requirements of senior level management of international class hotels and tourist resorts and will give students considerable scope for well paid employment and long term career advancement within the hospitality and tourism industries. All teaching on this programme is delivered at West London College but students are entitled to use many of the University's extensive facilities and to take up membership of the Bournemouth University Students Union. They also receive the same degree at the same graduation ceremony as their University counterparts.
